In this project we set out to compile and expand upon the visual identity for BOM, helping to express the values, ambitions and concept of a sustainable material bank for architecture students. The goals of the design had a multitude of angles and so it was important for us to establish a deep understanding of Bank Of Materials and its users.
On one level the goal of the design served as a concrete way to guide internal stakeholders on ways to share and access materials.
On another level the goal was to onboard new collaborators onto the concept and to gain a better understanding of the concept and ways to collaborate.
The end product was a series of digital and graphic designs working to make the message of Bank of Materials accessible and visible for a number of different partners and stakeholders.
This consisted of both editorial design, layouting and compilations of digital assets of the BOM identity, as well as physical large scale graphical material for wayfinding and onsite communication.
